The pump draws water through the housing or the skimmer connection. It is not possible to use both at the same time.
The dirt tolerance is 6 mm.
A hose nozzle with 25/32/40 mm and a hose nozzle with 25/32/40/50 mm are included. An adapter piece is included for connecting a skimmer directly to the pump.
The pump's delivery rate (asynchronous motor) can be regulated using a power regulator.
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To use these pumps effectively, please note the following information. You will achieve ideal performance, effectiveness and minimum consumption by selecting the pump that best suits your needs.
Each pump should only be used at 20% to 90% of its specified capacity.
Example: A pump with a specified output of 4,600 litres runs most efficiently at 920 to 4,140 litres.
If the water flow is too low, the pump is ineffective. If it is too high, the pump consumes significantly more electricity than actually specified.
Dirty and calcified pumps are not covered by warranty. Please understand that we will repair pumps that are sent in without being cleaned and descaled at the customer's expense (€44.95) or return them in their original condition. A large proportion of all warranty claims are due to a lack of cleaning and descaling. Clean and descale your pump after switching it off or removing it from the pond, then it will start up again in the spring. In all other cases, you will receive our unlimited warranty, which we will process quickly and unbureaucratically in-house, with a few exceptions.
