Raise the total hardness with this buffer if your total hardness is lower than the carbonate hardness.

In almost all bodies of water, the carbonate hardness (KH) is significantly lower than the total hardness (GH). On average, the carbonate hardness is approx. 80% of the total hardness. In rare cases, there are ponds in which the carbonate hardness is higher than the total hardness. (Ideal is 11°-12°dGH).
Important: In this case, the total hardness must be increased to 1.2 times the carbonate hardness, e.g. for a KH of 8°, the GH value should be 9.6°.

250 g increases the total hardness by 2° in 10,000 litres of pond water. Put the material in a watering can, dissolve it in water and then distribute it evenly over the surface of the pond. After changing the water and rainfall, you must measure the value again and add more of the product.
