Shipping within Germany

We deliver koi within Germany using the GO! General Overnight courier service, which is licensed to transport live animals. Due to the high costs involved, we are currently unable to ship outside Germany. Delivery period and delivery We ship koi within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery period and delivery

Koi can only be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday. There is a surcharge of €15 for deliveries on Saturday.
After purchase, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery usually takes place in the morning between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Please note that unforeseeable events such as traffic jams, accidents or force majeure may cause delays in exceptional cases. Please ensure that you are on site at the agreed delivery time, as it is not possible to leave the shipment unattended and it must be handed over in person .

Shipping requirements

Shipping will only take place on the agreed date after conclusion of the contract. In the case of prepayment, shipping will only take place after receipt of the full purchase price and transport costs.

Deposit and reservation of koi

• When reserving a koi from Nisai size onwards, a deposit of 20% of the purchase price is required. The remaining amount is payable upon shipment or collection, minus a loyalty bonus or collection discount of 10%.
• Koi from auctions: For koi purchased at auction , the entire auction price is payable immediately and without deduction of any loyalty bonus or collection discount.
