Goods are also delivered to non-EU member states.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value): 

- Goods value up to €74.99 = €6.90
- Goods value up to €99.99 = €2.90

We deliver free of charge for orders over €100.

We deliver feed free of charge for orders over 10 kg.

Bulky goods are shipped directly from the wholesaler by the shipping company free of charge.

Delivery to a packing station is not possible.
 

Express shipping is available for €21.10 per parcel. Please call us.

Note

UV tubes are always packed separately in one parcel and cannot be shipped together with other items.
 

International delivery: 

We work with the parcel companies DHL, UPS and GLS for international shipping. We always try to offer you the most favourable shipping costs. We ship our parcels in such a way that they arrive safely at your address. Freight is calculated based on the number of parcels. However, UV tubes must always be packed separately. Landing nets and handles are generally sent in two parcels. As a rule, we pack as many items as possible into one parcel in order to keep freight costs as low as possible. After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation. This will show the invoice amount, minus any loyalty bonus and any transport costs that may be incurred. We calculate shipping costs abroad as follows (mostly DHL and UPS prices; if shipping has to be done with GLS, higher shipping prices may apply):

We ship with Frankatur DAP (i.e. free delivery, excluding customs duties, taxes, freight and customs clearance, which are invoiced by the sender; customs duties and taxes are calculated directly by customs).
EFTA customs clearance costs of €19.97 net per order
Parcels up to 15 kg €20.60 net
Parcels up to 30 kg €35.80 net

Additional fees apply for invoice values over €1,000.

Delivery times 

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 1-4 days and within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract for international deliveries (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you choose to collect your order yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and how you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA business-to-business direct debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
