Japanese pond filter mats for your koi pond
The Japanese mats in our shop are made of a polyester-based fibre construction, which is why they have a longer service life than foam mats. The structure of the Japanese mats is coarser, making them easier to clean. As a rule, a weak jet of water from the koi pond is sufficient for this. The Japanese pond filter mats are slightly more expensive to purchase, but are usually indestructible due to their long service life.
Due to our order volume, we have been able to significantly reduce the price of Japanese pond filter mats.
Please note: For transport reasons, our Japanese filter mats are now only available in the size 120x100x3.5-4cm.

Tip: If you want to cut the Japanese pond filter mat to the size of your filter chamber, use a small angle grinder. This will allow you to cut through the Japanese mat with ease. The edges will fray if you use a knife.
