At Koi Company, as a customer, you will receive a
cumulative loyalty bonus.
From now on, you will see how many loyalty drops you receive for each product next to it. For example: if you buy food for £206, you will receive 206 loyalty drops, which will be added to your loyalty bonus turnover.
This gives you a decisive advantage. All your sales from the last 24 months are accumulated (added up) and assigned to your customer account.

Every invoice issued within the last 24 months increases your customer account balance. The increased loyalty bonus is automatically deducted from every order.
Example: You have a customer account of £250.00 and place an order for £60.00. You enter the £300.00 bracket and receive 5% for this invoice. If your customer account is £2,300.00 and you place an order for £300.00, you will immediately receive 10% for each order.
From now on, your loyalty bonus will also appear online. Our programmer has managed to display your personal loyalty bonus in your user account and, above all, in your shopping basket. How is the sales figure calculated? All sales you have made in the last 24 months are added together. Shipping costs are excluded. And the loyalty bonuses that we always deduct from you are not taken into account, so only your pure sales count. What if you visited our shop and then ordered something online? No problem, we transfer your current sales every half hour.
For some items, we have listed prices without loyalty bonuses. No additional loyalty bonus is granted for these items. However, the amount of this item is allocated to your customer account, so that your purchase volume increases and you receive the increased loyalty bonus on all other and future items. In addition, when you purchase such an item, you will receive a shopping voucher for fish worth 10% of the purchase price (of this item), which you can redeem at any time in our Koi Company Store.
