The 12-volt version is specially designed for swimming ponds.
The pump basket, which is attached to the robust housing, is made of stainless steel and easily allows dirt particles up to 11 mm to pass through. The base can be permanently installed. The pumps feature unique frost protection. The pump can withstand temperatures down to -20°C. The built-in dry-run and blockage protection also protects your pump by automatically switching it off. The pump can be installed in both dry and wet locations and is extremely quiet.
A switchable SFC (Seasonal Flow Control) switch automatically optimises the pump when temperatures fall and reduces the water volume by up to 50%. This means significant energy savings. This pump series has an EGC connection. This allows them to be connected to a controller, which regulates and controls them conveniently and easily. The controller displays the pump's performance. In addition, a controller can be connected that makes the pump controllable and monitorable via tablet or smartphone over the home network.
The pumps are supplied with 38/50 mm hose nozzles. The pump connections are 2" (27,000 = 2 1/2").

Dirty and calcified pumps are not covered by the warranty. Please understand that we will repair pumps that are sent in without having been cleaned and descaled at the customer's expense (€44.95) or return them in their original condition. A large proportion of all warranty claims are due to a lack of cleaning and descaling. Clean and descale your pump after switching it off or removing it from the pond, then it will start up again in the spring. In all other cases, you will receive our unlimited warranty, which we process quickly and unbureaucratically in-house, with a few exceptions.
