Stainless steel housing for the Pond Police Industry UVC for vertical installation.

With the stainless steel housing for the Pond Police Submersible UVC, you can retrofit your existing Pond Police Submersible UVC into a housing and operate it.
The housing has a threaded connection (M33 x 1.5 internal thread) to which you can screw the submersible UVC directly.
The UVC housing has 2 x 110 mm inlets and outlets that you can connect individually.
It is advisable to anchor a counter screw in the housing in the flexible connections so that the flexible sleeve cannot slip off.
Please refer to the application notes for information on the appropriate connections.

We recommend ordering the appropriate connectors at the same time.
To connect to a 110 mm PVC pipe, you will need:
2 x flexible 110 mm sockets and 2 x 110 mm pipe clamps
- To connect to a 63 mm PVC pipe, you will need:
2 x flexible 110x63 mm reducing sockets and 2 x 110 mm pipe clamps
- To connect to a 50 mm PVC pipe, you will need:
2 x flexible 110x50 mm reducing sockets and 2 x 110 mm pipe clamps
- To connect to a 50 mm hose, you will need:
2 x flexible reducing sleeves 110x50 mm, 2 x hose nozzles 50 mm and 2 x Hi-Grip hose clamps 50 mm / 2"
- To connect to a 40 mm hose, you will need:
2 x flexible reducer sleeves 110x50mm, 2 x reduction rings 50 x 40 mm, 2 x hose nozzles 40mm and 2 x Hi-Grip hose clamps 40mm / 2"

We have had a UVC housing made from V2A stainless steel so that you can install an industrial UVC in both gravity and pump versions, regardless of the existing filter system.
The inlet and outlet are 110 mm. You have the option of customising the inlets and outlets with our flexible sleeves (not included).
This housing can only be installed vertically. It is important to ensure that the lamp is always surrounded by water. If the housing is installed vertically, it must be ensured that the housing does not run empty by means of non-return valves and the correct piping. The housing can be fastened with two 110 mm pipe clamps (not included).
