Renovation of the fish hall
The fish hall will be renovated again in 2024. With the help of Genesis, we are removing three 10,000-litre tanks and installing nine small tanks instead, which will allow us to significantly expand our selection of tosai. We will now be able to offer up to 12 different types and varieties of tosai, all beautifully sorted. This will greatly enhance the shopping experience for our customers who are interested in one-year-old fish.
