We have been selling this algae treatment in its current form and dosage for years. The algae cry, our customers are delighted.
We not only combat the algae, we prevent them from growing properly. Once they have been completely eliminated and the treatment has been added in the correct quantity and sufficient dosage, the problems with thread algae are solved for good.
However, because thread algae are very adaptable and change over time, it is possible that the algae treatment may lose its effectiveness at some point. To prevent this, the composition is changed slightly each year. This prevents the algae from adapting to the product.
Thanks to the new composition, the product can also be used regardless of temperature.

Fadenalgenfrei F from Koi Company consists of food additives and is harmless to fish and plants even in the event of an overdose (up to three times the recommended amount). This product is even suitable for human consumption and contains no algicides or biocides. You are purchasing a product that combats the cause (algae) and, thanks to its active ingredients, keeps your pond free of annoying dead algae, as they do not grow back to the same extent as with other products. To ensure that Fadenalgenfrei F works for you, please note the following: The dosage must correspond to the actual volume of water. It is better to use a little more than too little.
Dosage:
Two doses of 250 ml per 10,000 litres of pond volume are necessary. The product is applied to the pond surface with a watering can. Repeat the first treatment after 2 weeks (twice in the first month), then repeat monthly. Once the algae have died and the remains have been disposed of via the filter or sucked out, they will not grow back if the dosage is optimal (even in winter). Test the GH and KH values before use, stabilise below KH 7 if necessary, remove activated carbon.

Fadenalgenfrei F Liquid is available in this composition and under this baua number only from Koi Company or from authorised dealers. Unfortunately, we repeatedly find that the descriptions and dosage instructions are simply copied. These products do not contain the same active ingredients as Fadenalgenfrei F Liquid. Only with the original product can you be sure of receiving a flawless and tested product.
Be careful with sturgeon in your pond! Even the smallest changes in the water can alter your water parameters and oxygen levels so drastically that it harms the sturgeon.
