VDL slide valve
The high-quality pull-type valve from VDL has a feed-through, an adhesive sleeve and an EPDM seal, which guarantees a high level of tightness.
A gate valve – also known as a shut-off valve – is mainly used when you switch off your pond pump, clean the pond filter or carry out other pond maintenance work. It closes the connection between the filter and the pond water and prevents the pond water from flowing into your filter.
So if you are planning to build a pond, don't compromise and use a pull valve that will serve you well for years to come!
VDL pull valves – the best we have to offer.
In addition to a feed-through and adhesive sleeve, the VDL pull valve is equipped with an EPDM seal, which guarantees a high level of tightness. It is also resistant to acids, water, salt water, oils and chlorine. The VDL pull-through valve can be used in pressure and suction lines and can be used both above and below ground and in a temperature range from 0 °C to +45 °C, briefly 60 °C. The VDL pull-through valve is made of plastic free of plasticisers, making it particularly abrasion-resistant.
After years of excellent experience with VDL pull valves in sizes 110 mm and 160 mm, we now offer all sizes. With all sizes, you can easily replace the seals by loosening four screws.
You can use (glue) these pull sliders with
PVC pipes or KG pipes, e.g. for water pipes in koi ponds, garden ponds, ponds,
streams, indoor tanks, filter systems and rainwater barrels.
