The innovative Abyzz A200 + A400 pumps with titanium rotors consist of powerful electronics (driver) and a sinusoidal commutated three-phase synchronous motor (pump). The motor's efficiency is over 90%, making the pump an energy-saving solution in combination with the speed adjusted to your power requirements.

The integrated bearing flushing system offers optimum protection against calcification and, in conjunction with the silicon carbide bearings and a special carbide shaft, ensures low-maintenance operation.

Direct service:
The manufacturer is very committed to providing direct service. They are always available to answer your questions and provide helpful tips. After your purchase, register the pump with the manufacturer so that you can be added to their database. If anything changes or new features are released, you will be automatically notified.

Durability:
An Abyzz pump is one of the few pumps for which the manufacturer offers a ten-year warranty. The length of time speaks for itself. This does not mean that the pump will "explode" after ten years. Rather, the manufacturer wants to emphasise the durability and quality of its pumps. You are buying a German quality product that is second to none.

Tell the pump what it has to do - Programmes:
You can programme various running characteristics for all pumps using the menu. Thanks to its experience in the aquarium segment, the manufacturer offers a wave simulation. Your pump varies its performance within a specified period of time. This allows you to offer your fish different currents, preventing boredom and promoting muscle growth. There is also a random mode that randomly selects a different power level between two preset values. The applications are almost limitless.

Save costs:
We ourselves were surprised by the reduction in power consumption when the manufacturer demonstrated it to us. Thanks to the display, you can see the current consumption at any time. As soon as you throttle the pump just a little (see graphic), the power consumption is reduced immediately without losing much power. And what other pump can run at 5 or 10%? With this pump series, you can save at night, in winter or all the time, depending on your requirements. If you run the A400 at only 4000 l/h in winter to keep the biology alive, you will save approximately £45 in electricity costs per month (at 20 pence/kWh). However, if you compare this to an 800-watt pump, you will save £440 in an average winter with 4 months of reduced running time. Calculate your current costs – with Abyzz pumps, you can actively save money when you use them.

Sometimes chance determines important decisions. When we visited Interzoo in 2010, we noticed a pump that looked very familiar. This pump resembled the first adjustable Red Devil pump, which we were very happy with.

When we asked whether it was a replica, we were told otherwise. We spoke to the developer of this pump, which was not sold under his name. The subsequent models were then produced in China without the involvement of the developers, and we are well aware of the result.

The pumps we saw at the trade fair had been completely redesigned and were in the testing phase. All parts of these pumps are purchased from German companies and assembled in Germany. Secretly and quietly, a series of pumps was created using materials that are designed for a long service life and meet the highest requirements and quality standards. This is because they are developed and built in Germany.

Today, after extensive testing, the pumps are available for delivery, and we presented them to a large audience for the first time at our 2011 in-house exhibition, where they were met with enthusiasm.

If you see different maximum values in the diagrams than those in our catalogue, this is intentional. The manufacturer tests the pumps on an "extreme" test bench with the worst possible parameters. When you install the pumps at home, you will always get better values than those specified.
