Regular addition of Pond Clarifier significantly extends the service life of the filter after it has been run in and improves its performance. At the same time, the breakdown of waste materials releases important nutrient salts for the plants.
Bio Pond Disinfectant was developed to protect your fish from harmful environmental influences, especially in spring and before hibernation.
Thanks to its composition, Bio-Teichdesinfekt is able to reduce both the germ pressure and the parasitic pressure in your pond. It is harmless to fish and plants. It binds suspended particles, which then sink to the bottom, where they are broken down and completely processed by the bacteria in the filter.
It is used in high concentrations to disinfect pond equipment such as landing nets, transfer hoses or tubs. When purchasing new plants, they can be freed of pests in a short-term bath.
Freshwater Start binds harmful substances and the vitamin B1 it contains ensures rapid mucous membrane formation.
Fresh water from the tap is not fresh water. It is treated for human consumption and may contain chlorine, which is toxic to fish, as a disinfectant. Toxic metal ions (e.g. copper, lead) can also be washed out of water pipes.
During prolonged rainfall, heavy metals are also washed out of the air. These impair the water quality and damage the mucous membranes of the fish, making them susceptible to parasites and bacteria.
Freshwater Start binds these harmful substances so that they cannot penetrate the fish's organism. The vitamin B1 it contains ensures rapid mucous membrane formation and makes the fish less susceptible to external influences.
