Filter bacteria gel 1000ml for Japan and filter mats
The filter bacteria gel can be easily spread on foam mats or Japanese mats thanks to its consistency.
The gel-like structure allows the bacteria to remain on the filter material for longer and be spread over a larger area.
We used to have thick filter bacteria in our range. These could be easily spread over filter material. For all owners of multi-chamber filters equipped with Japan or filter mats, we are reviving the filter bacteria gel.
This time, however, in a modified form. The gel is produced from the same basic ingredients as the filter balls. However, the ball shape has been broken up so that the material can be distributed immediately. Apply the gel directly to the mats or other medium by hand. After application, the bacteria immediately begin to work and ensure an optimal biological balance in the pond.
The gel dissolves more slowly than liquid bacteria. This means that the bacteria remain exactly where they are needed for a longer period of time.

1 litre of filter bacteria gel is sufficient for 45,000 litres of pond water.
The dosage can be repeated monthly. Add the gel to the filter after cleaning it. The gel contains nitrifying bacteria in a concentration of 5 x 107 (colony-forming units).
