Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Place the pump in the Flexi Bowl. Then connect the hose to the filter using the hose clamps. Connect the air pump to the air stone using the hose.
For the filter bacteria, please proceed as follows:
Let's take a 25,000-litre pond as an example. Proceed as follows:
- Week 1 – 2.5 litres of filter bacteria
- Week 2 – 500 ml Nitrifix
- Week 3 – 1.25 litres of filter bacteria
- Week 4 – 250 ml Nitrifix
- Week 5 – 1.25 litres of filter bacteria
- Week 6 – 250 ml Nitrifix
- Week 7 – 1.25 litres of filter bacteria
- Week 8 – 250 ml Nitrifix
After that, your filter should be working properly again. We recommend regular water changes (10% per week) and moderate feeding.
