Innotec Easy Gasket can be used to produce a high-quality, easy-to-apply liquid sealing compound based on synthetic rubber.
The sealing material can be used as a replacement, supplement or repair for seals in installation areas, on flange, drain pipe, pump and lamp housings, filters or PVC fittings, or damaged rubber parts.
- Fast drying, particularly high adhesion – even on oily or slightly greasy surfaces
- Despite high adhesion, the sealed parts can then be easily removed again, with the seal being relatively easy to remove
- Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, oils, greases, acids, etc.
- Excellent stability, highly elastic – elongation at break of 380%
- High UV and temperature resistance – up to +270 °C peak load
- Break-proof, sealable and metered special valve prevents clogging of the spray nozzle and is therefore equally suitable for larger and smaller application quantities

Application:
- Ensure that the surface is clean, dry and preferably free of grease.
- Apply evenly directly from the can onto one of the parts to be assembled
- Join the parts together within approx. 5 minutes (skin formation).
- Tighten by hand
- After 20 to max. 60 minutes, tighten to the specified torque or carry out final assembly
Tip: If the two parts to be joined (sealed) need to remain easily removable at all times, it is advisable to make one of them slightly greasy or oily
