Insectus contains mosquito larvae, freshwater shrimp, water fleas and silkworms, and stimulates the feeding behaviour of koi. It activates the metabolism and strengthens the scale structure of the fish, among other things. Enrich your feed with it.
The main ingredients of our Insectus mixture are mosquito larvae, water fleas, water fleas and silkworms. The species-specific smell and taste have a very positive effect on the feeding behaviour of our koi. The nutrients present in the freeze-dried insects are supplemented with high-quality soy protein and wheat germ extracts, as well as silica and mannan yeast.
Soy protein is rich in lecithin and polyunsaturated fatty acids, isoflavones, saponins, vitamins and minerals. Soy protein has a protein content of 68% and is extremely nutritious. The same applies to wheat germ extract, which has high antioxidant properties due to its rich vitamin E content. Silkworms are synonymous with pronounced growth, while silica contains the most important trace element silicon, a component of silicic acid. Silicic acid plays an important role in the metabolism of connective tissue and is of utmost importance for healthy, elastic skin and strong scales.
Other components include magnesium, calcium and biotin, which activate around 300 enzymes in the metabolism and are essential for the healthy growth of bones, tissue and scales. Molasses yeast supplements the mineral content of silica with phosphate, sodium, zinc, iron, selenium, copper and manganese. 14 largely essential amino acids with high percentages give an idea of the value of this product. Bio-Mos mannan yeast stimulates beneficial bacteria and reduces the development of pathogenic infectious bacteria. Mannan oligosaccharides (yeast cell wall extracts) positively alter the microbial ecosystem in the intestine by preventing pathogenic microorganisms from colonising the intestine and causing inflammation. Pure beta-carotene, canthaxanthin and astaxanthin have been added in high percentages to optimise the colouring of the koi and strengthen the immune system.

Moisten 1/2 litre of pellets thoroughly with Energie Plus, Provivit-1, Propolis Emulsion, Vitafit Extract, Cannabis Oil or Aloe Vera. Stir well until the pellets are moistened. Then sprinkle 1-2 heaped tablespoons of Insectus powder over them and mix thoroughly with a spoon. The powder will stick firmly without being washed off.
