Clean any dirt and limescale from your pump. In many cases, it will work properly again afterwards.
The most common causes of pump failure are dirt and limescale build-up. When the pump is taken out of service, the dirt is usually removed, but the pump is very rarely descaled. If necessary, place the pump in a container with pump cleaner and leave it to soak. If the pump is heavily calcified, you can also dismantle it and place the individual parts in the pump cleaner.
By descaling the pump regularly, you will significantly extend its service life. Particularly if the pump is to be removed during the winter, it should be cleaned and descaled so that it can be stored in a clean condition.

Important notice! Pumps
that are dirty or scaled are not covered by the warranty. Please understand that we will repair pumps sent to us that have not been cleaned and descaled at the customer’s expense, or return them in the condition in which we received them. The vast majority of warranty claims are due to a lack of cleaning and descaling.
In all other cases, you will receive our full warranty, which, with a few exceptions, we will process quickly and without red tape, even in-house.
