You are probably familiar with the problem in your pond: your fish do not look well, but you are not sure what is wrong with them. We offer you the solution to easily determine this yourself.
The third eyepiece allows you to attach a camera without interfering with your microscopy work. If you find something on your smear that you cannot identify, take a picture, save it on your computer and simply send it to your vet. This will enable them to help you immediately.
The new model contains the following components:
- The aluminium stand is very sturdy and has a built-in lock to prevent damage to the lens or specimen.
- The microscopes have a 120 x 120 mm stage with a 70 x 28 mm movable, built-in X-Y cross stage.
- The DIN WF 10 x/18 eyepieces of the binocular BioBlue models offer the ideal field of view.
- 360° rotatable objective turret with four magnification options: 40x, 100x, 200x and 400x
- When changing the magnification, the image remains centred so that the specimen is always perfectly illuminated.
- Excellent precision mechanism for coaxial coarse and fine adjustment, combined with spherical corrected optics, enables optimum sharp image quality.
- All BioBlue microscopes are equipped with a height-adjustable Abbe condenser NA 1.25 with iris diaphragm and filter holder.
- The BioBlue is equipped with adjustable 1 watt LED illumination. The integrated rechargeable AA batteries provide 60 hours of continuous operation. Battery operation is possible, so you can conveniently take the microscope with you to the pond and get started without needing a power connection.
This allows you to quickly and easily identify the most common parasites on site.
