How does the deposit work?
When purchasing a koi, a deposit of 20% of the fish price is required.

Payment by direct debit/PayPal:
When the fish is ordered, we will deduct 20% of the fish price from your account. The remaining amount will only be deducted from your account after shipping (including shipping costs) or pickup. Of course, we will take your loyalty bonus or your 10% pickup discount into account.
Payment in advance:
Before the fish is sent to you, you will receive an invoice from us for the price of the fish. Of course, this will also be reduced by the loyalty bonus or pickup discount of 10%.
