The flow-through drum filter from OASE is a modern modular filter system for professional water quality in confined spaces.
With its depth filtration of 60 µm, it offers very fine and high mechanical filtration of suspended solids.
The intelligent self-cleaning function means low maintenance.
Suitable for koi ponds up to 75,000 m².
With its larger drum filter model, Oase now finally offers a ready-to-use plug-and-play solution for koi ponds larger than 25,000 litres.
The enlarged drum with a flow rate of up to 66,000 litres per hour in a gravity-fed installation offers optimum filtration results at high flow rates in the smallest of spaces.
The fully automatic cleaning of the drum filter means that little effort and maintenance is required to clean the filter, giving the user maximum convenience for their koi pond.
The drum filter is rinsed automatically at regular intervals. Depending on the degree of contamination of the screen, the drum filter rinses individually as required.
The waterproof microcontroller system can be used to retrospectively display, set and carry out error corrections during operation, as well as settings for forced rinsing, rinsing duration and additional rinsing.
Rinsing is carried out using purified pond water with an integrated powerful pressure pump; an additional water connection to the filter is not necessary.
A dirt rake installed in the drum ensures that thread algae and other larger particles are reliably removed from the screens.
The dirt channel (drain channel) is made of flexible EPDM, which prevents larger particles from getting stuck.
The filter drum is made of stainless steel and has a free-running function. With the free-running function, the drum can be turned by hand and the sieve elements can be removed individually (without tools). This allows the sieve elements to be easily cleaned and descaled as required.
The filter housing is made of dimensionally stable GRP thermoset and is particularly quiet in operation thanks to extensive noise insulation.
With up to 7 x DN 110 mm inlets, the gravity module offers sufficient flexibility.
Screen elements in 30 µm & 150 µm are available as optional accessories.
