Floating and green algae are predominantly single-celled organisms that live scattered throughout the water. They make the water appear green and cloudy. These green algae are normally removed using a sufficiently large UV lamp. For small ponds, or as a supplementary measure, we also offer Green Water Ex.
Green Water Ex has been specially developed to combat green water. Its special composition is effective against suspended algae. The resulting flocculation is removed either by the filter or a landing net.
Green Water Ex cannot replace a UV lamp and does not help to solve the problem permanently.
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To achieve the best results, first determine the water values. The pH value must be between 7 and 8, and the carbonate hardness should be around 8 degrees. If the water values of your garden pond are lower, raise them to the above values using kH and pH stabilisers.

Grünwasser-Ex cannot replace a UV lamp and does not help to solve the problem permanently
. Only use Grünwasser-Ex in small ponds up to a maximum of 10,000 litres. For larger ponds, the problem should be solved by using a sufficiently large UV lamp.
