Nitrifix 500ml

Average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars
Nitrifying bacteria against ammonium and nitrite. You should use this product every time you start the filter. Now with a higher concentration of bacteria.
As the final product in the filter bacteria chain, we have now also had nitrite bacteria produced for us. This product also allows for a significantly higher concentration than last year. These nitrifying bacteria specifically reduce ammonium and nitrite and convert them into non-toxic nitrate.
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
500 ml is sufficient for 25,000 – 50,000 litres of pond water.
Dosage: Initial dosage: When starting the filter and in spring: 200 ml for 10,000 litres of water.
Follow-up dosage: 100 ml Koi Company Nitrifix per 10,000 litres of pond water once a week/month. The timing depends on the biological balance of your pond. If the stocking density is too high, use Nitrifix more often than with a small stocking density.
Use at water temperatures above 10°C.
After adding the bacteria, switch off the UV lamp for at least 24 hours!
What can you do when there's a fire? A koi pond cannot
catch fire, of course, but everyone has experienced a filter that no longer works. There can be
many reasons for this: medication, pump failure, etc. In any case, the filter is not working. Often, no ammonium can be measured, but the nitrite refuses to disappear. For years, we have recommended a treatment for this problem and have achieved the best results with it. Let's take a 25,000-litre pond as an example. Proceed as follows: Week
1 – 2.5 litres of filter bacteria Week 2 – 500 ml Nitrifix Week
3 – 1.25 litres of filter bacteria Week 4 – 250 ml Nitrifix
Week 5 Week – 1.25 litres of filter bacteria Week 6 – 250 ml Nitrifix Week
7 – 1.25 litres of filter bacteria Week 8 – 250 ml Nitrifix
After that, your filter should be working properly again. We assume that you are changing the water regularly (10% per week) and feeding sparingly.

Unverzichtbar. Unsere Kois haben uns 2010 mit Nachwuchs beschenkt. Wir haben zwar die meisten Nachwuchstiere verschenken können aber der Besatz ist immer noch reichlich.
