Shipping (Koi)
We ship with Go Express Animal Transport. This company ships with courier services. The drivers are trained to handle our cargo, the packages are moved by hand, and no koi fly over a ‘conveyor belt’. They are one of the few companies that have a licence for animal transport. We have found that many well-known ‘koi shippers’ are not allowed to do this at all. Shipping to Austria is possible on request. In order to keep this transport as inexpensive as possible, the transport costs do not include any surcharges on the part of Koi Company.
Fish that are in Langenselbold can be shipped at any time once they have gone through quarantine. If you would like a later delivery date for your koi, please let us know in the order comments. Please note that we only deliver koi from Tuesday to Friday if there is a 100% guarantee that someone will always be at home. Saturday delivery is also available at an additional cost.
We deliver koi within Germany and to Austria on request.
