Koi questions

We have a total of 8 tanks with a water volume of approx. 100,000 litres at our disposal. Each tank has its own water circulation system, its own double air supply and its own safety system. The power supply is alarm-protected so that we can intervene immediately in the event of a fault. But believe us, faults have a very hard time here. A minimum number of these tanks are always reserved for the quarantine of newly arrived koi. This means that the fish you purchase are placed in a separate tank and undergo quarantine there. This means you do not need to worry about transport.

During quarantine, you are of course welcome to visit your koi and check on its well-being. Please make an appointment with us so that we can set aside some time for you.

Every fish that we offer individually is documented with pictures. Each fish has its own code number and classification. Our care and expertise guarantee that the koi you receive from us is definitely the one you ordered.

You should bear in mind that koi with black markings in particular are subject to change. It is therefore possible that there may be differences between the picture and reality in terms of the extent of the black markings. If a koi is not in 100% condition, it will not be shipped. In such a case, the koi will remain reserved for you until it can be shipped or you cancel the reservation.
