If you pay in advance, please note that the goods will only be shipped to you after we have received the full purchase price and shipping costs. During peak season, this can result in a waiting time of up to one week due to high order volumes and bank processing times. Please bear this in mind if you require products urgently (medication, replacement pumps). Please only pay after you have received your personal order confirmation from us, not after receiving confirmation from the online shop.

You can easily make your PayPal, credit card, KLARNA or Paydirekt payment during the ordering process.

When paying by direct debit, you also provide your bank details during the ordering process. You will receive the goods from us, and the money will be debited from your account approximately 5 days later. Your account details are secure on our website and protected against misuse.

Installment purchases with easyCredit can be selected for orders worth €200 or more. Information and installment examples are provided for products costing €200 or more. You can enter your desired installment amount here and select it when completing your order.
To protect the security of your information during transmission, we use Secure Sockets Layer software (SSL). This software, which is also used by banks, encrypts the information you transmit. We only encrypt the pages that actually require encryption, such as the shopping basket and the order process. This speeds up your shopping experience.

You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation. The invoice amount may differ from the confirmation from the online shop, as we will deduct your loyalty bonus. You will first receive an automatic confirmation from the shop. We will then process your order and send you a personal order confirmation with the final amount.
Klarna Pay Later (purchase on account): 
You generally have 14 days from the invoice date to pay the invoice. You only pay once you have received the goods. The invoice/delivery note will be sent either by email or together with the goods. You can view all your invoices at any time here or in the Klarna app. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can ‘report a problem’ in the Klarna app so that your invoice is paused until you have been able to resolve your issue with the retailer.

Klarna Pay Now (instant transfer):
With Klarna, you can easily pay for your orders immediately via instant transfer. You can view and manage all your purchases at any time in the Klarna app.
We offer the payment method purchase on account via KLARNA invoice purchase. You can also pay 30 days later when paying with PayPal.
If you have received a voucher, you can redeem it directly during the ordering process in your shopping cart when making an online purchase. To do so, simply enter the 6-digit voucher code in the voucher field.
