Check your goods for damage immediately upon receipt. Complaints can only be dealt with quickly and easily if they are made promptly. If damage to the product is reported as soon as possible, we can have the goods replaced by the manufacturer much more flexibly and easily.
If you wait more than 10 working days to make a complaint, it becomes much more difficult for us to obtain a replacement.

Some products can only be shipped separately. For example, landing nets and handles are always shipped separately. In rare cases, your delivery may also be delivered by two different parcel companies. If part of your order is missing, please wait two working days before contacting us. You can also check where your parcel is by tracking your shipment. To do this, please open the order in your user account.
Normally, the ordered goods are shipped on the same or next day. We have almost all items in stock, which means there are no waiting times for you. During the high season, we ask for your understanding that we have delivery times of 3-5 working days. Please note that we do not work on weekends. Orders placed on Friday evening cannot be delivered to you on Monday morning. Public holidays also lead to later delivery, especially during the high season.

We do not deliver to DHL Packstations, as we do not ship with DHL. Please have the goods sent to an address where someone is always available (work, family, neighbours).

If you work and are rarely at home, it is difficult for delivery companies to deliver parcels to you. This often causes a lot of frustration on both sides, especially when parcels are left with neighbours you don't know or when the delivery notification card is missing. To avoid this, please provide a delivery address where someone is always available (family, neighbours, shops in the neighbourhood). Or have your goods sent to your workplace. Many employers do not mind, and the goods receiving department is always staffed. By doing this, you make everyone's job easier.
